Classes, Events, Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions & Retreats

By submitting payment through our website, invoice, Venmo, or any other accepted payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations are subject to a $35 rescheduling fee and no-shows result in forfeiture of the session and payment. Gift and rescheduled sessions must be booked and used within three (3) months of the original purchase date.

A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to secure a retreat reservation. All outstanding balances must be paid in full no later than 45 days before the retreat start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• More than 45 days before the retreat: Payments are refundable, except for the nonrefundable $250 deposit.
• Within 45 days of the retreat start date: All payments are nonrefundable, including the deposit, regardless of the reason for cancellation, which includes All Acts Of God. 

The specific retreat start date will be listed on the website, as well as on invoices and sign up buttons. The retreat details, plus terms and conditions are provided on the website and included on invoices. 

If the organizer cancels a retreat, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered a credit toward a future scheduled retreat or a refund of payments made, subject to applicable law.

Unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or other events beyond the organizer's reasonable control, may require changes to or cancellation of a retreat. Available options will be communicated to participants as promptly as reasonably possible. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other third-party expenses. 

Intuitive energy healing sessions are offered for personal insight, self-reflection, and general wellness support only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, mental health, legal, or other qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Each client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Any guidance received is for personal consideration and does not guarantee specific results.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and payments, regardless of payment method. By submitting payment, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions.
